Shipping Policy


1 .Operations: currently we only ship within India.

 

2 .Business Days: Monday through Saturday between 9am & 6pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

 

3 .Shipping Partners: FedEx and Professional Courier.

 

4 .Shipping Timelines: upon receiving your payment, the order will be processed and shipped on the same or within the next 2 business days. Orders received on Sunday or on public holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days. Express Shipping will take 1 to 3 business days and Standard Shipping will take 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. List of zip codes that qualify for express and standard shipping are listed here. Shipments may be delayed by unforeseen events.

 

5 .Shipping Rates: vary by product size/weight and destination. These are calculated automatically.

 

6. Shipping Confirmation: a shipping confirmation including carrier specific tracking information will be typically sent on the same or next business day by email and/or sms.

 

7.Additional Charges & Documentation: additional taxes, duties and documentation may apply for different states. This is borne by the customer and respective documentation should be provided during order processing.

 

8 .Shipping Changes & Cancellation: all changes & cancellations pertaining to billing address, shipping address, items and quantities are possible only while the order status is labelled “Order Received”. Once an order has a status of “Order Processed”, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
